St Catharine's College seeks to appoint a Tutorial Administrator to work in our Tutorial Team. The main focus of the role is to support the Tutorial team throughout the academic cycle in the administration of tasks related to undergraduate and postgraduate students, across all aspects including admissions, examinations, finances, matriculation, outreach and welfare. The role will also require the successful candidate to lead on all graduation events and supervision tasks.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent administrator and is able to apply and review processes to ensure they are efficient and suitable to support a busy team.

Key role responsibilities include:
- Assisting with undergraduate and postgraduate admissions related tasks
- Working with the Tutorial team and College Communications Manager to ensure all published information for students is current, relevant and informative
- Supporting the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Administrators with University exams
- Supporting the Tutorial Office Manager with undergraduate bursary applications
- Supporting the Tutorial Office Manager with supervision related payment processing in CamCORS
- Supporting the Tutorial team in maintaining and updating the student databases

Working arrangements and salary
This is a permanent position (subject to a 6-month probation period).
Competitive salary range of FTE £26,500 - £28,500pa, depending on skills and experience.
This role is being offered on either a full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time basis (min 80% FTE, 30 hours per week, over 5 days).
