Salary: £28,000- 31,000 per annum FTE (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Improvement Manager to join our Operational Management Team (OMT). This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving organisational compliance and embedding a positive, people-focused culture across Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent.
You will lead on the delivery of corporate compliance activities, including:
- Quality assurance
- Health and safety
- Business continuity
- Estate management
- Information governance
- Supplier contract management
In addition, you will take ownership of implementing our People Development Strategy, ensuring wellbeing, development, and performance are at the heart of our culture. This includes initiatives to strengthen leadership capability, staff resilience, and cross-team collaboration.
The role involves working across, and travelling to, multiple sites in Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent.
