The national collection is a valuable cultural treasure. It is a resource for people to explore, enjoy, and experience in their own communities, in our family of museums and digitally. It represents and celebrates the art, history, science and cultures of Wales, in all its variety.

Amgueddfa Cymru is changing, with the aim of delivering an effective strategy to the people of Wales and visitors. We are working with confidence, conviction, and integrity, helping people to connect with the story of Wales. We are focusing on caring for the national collection and bringing it to life, so that everyone can find their own place within it.

The Relationships and Funding team is responsible for all Amgueddfa Cymru’s external relationships – with stakeholders, funders, governments and partners. Within this division are fundraising, marketing and communications teams. We are working in a fast, complex and changing environment, which requires high levels of passion, energy and productivity.

Collaboration is crucial to everything we do, as we work with colleagues across our eight sites and beyond, leading and administrating the work of engaging with different audiences to deliver results.
