Physiotherapist – Band 6

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our amazing Tulip Centre Team here at Tapping House. Rehabilitative Palliative Care integrates rehabilitation, enablement, self-management and self-care into the holistic model of palliative care. The specialist physiotherapy post has been developed to promote and embed this patient-centred approach with patients attending Therapy and those who receive end of life care at home. The purpose is to support people to live fully until they die.

Salary: £37,182 – £44,774 per annum FTE (depending on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) – Part time hours considered

Location:Hillington, King’s Lynn, Norfolk
