Hull CVS – Caretaker

Hull CVS are recruiting a part time Caretaker for 25hrs per week.

This role is to ensure the safety, security, and exceptional condition of all three assigned buildings and their grounds by performing comprehensive maintenance, proactive inspections, and effective site management. The caretaker will serve as the primary on-site presence, responsible for creating a clean, secure, and fully operational environment for all occupants and visitors.

Contributing to a cohesive facilities team, the caretaker will undertake proactive maintenance and support the overall upkeep of the buildings.
