Care Team Leader

NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required

Marjorie House Residential Home, Poole, BH14 8LT

Pay rate: Up to £15.35 per hour

Full-time or Part-time hours (to include alternate weekend working)

Our new purpose-built Art Deco building has stunning views over Poole Harbour.

What you will be doing:

• Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents - working alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
• Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
• Administration of medication to residents.
• Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families.
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards and in line with our Care South policies.

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
