Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

As the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll be work closely with our corporate partners to address the growing humanitarian needs worsened by global crises. Can you empower our partners to make a meaningful impact in these challenging times? Can you ensure that our partnerships not only endure but also thrive and grow? By providing a high-quality, tailored experience for partners and developing added value opportunities, you’ll play a critical part in retaining and expanding our partnerships. You’ll be responsible for delivering national and international accounts, ensuring best practices and support systems are in place to achieve our 2030 Strategy.


A day in the life of a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will involve:

  • Leading and growing strategic “more than money” corporate partnerships that deliver impact for people in crisis.
  • Building trusted relationships with partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth delivery and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Supporting wider team initiatives, including emergency appeals, volunteering opportunities and brand campaigns.

To be a successful Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll need:

  • A strong understanding of corporate fundraising and CSR, with experience navigating complex partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build positive, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior management level.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to confidently present information and produce persuasive proposals and reports.
  • Extensive experience in managing high-value partnerships, meeting fundraising targets, and leading complex projects across various stakeholders.
