Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Examination Coordination: Plan and manage all internal and external examination timetables in line with awarding body requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all examination procedures comply with JCQ and examination board regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
• Communication: Act as the key point of contact for students, staff, parents, and examination boards regarding examination arrangements, protocols, and policies.
• Administration and Data Management: Manage examination entries, amendments, and withdrawals; produce seating plans, candidate timetables, and exam materials; maintain accurate records on school systems.
• Logistics and Invigilation: Organise and train invigilators; allocate rooms, resources, and equipment; ensure all examination spaces are appropriately prepared.
• Results and Post-Results Services: Coordinate the secure receipt and distribution of results; assist with enquiries, re-marks, and certification processes.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle all examination materials, student data, and correspondence with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
• Flexibility: Be available to work extended hours or weekends during peak examination periods as required.
