We are seeking a Therapeutic and Youth Work Manager (part-time, fixed-term contract until end of March 2026) for our Youth services in Woolwich. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people with needs, whether these are physical, mental or learning needs. We use a trauma-informed approach to provide holistic support through engaging youth club and in-school activities. Must have substantial experience of directly working with young people either in a variety of settings or with specific target groups with complex issues such as youth offending or gang-affected young people. A recognised qualification in Youth Work is essential for this post. The successful candidate will be part of a small but highly committed team making a difference to the lives of young people in the Woolwich area.
