Exeter College is seeking to appoint a Stipendiary Lecturer in Management. This is a fixed-term, non-renewable part-time post, tenable from 1 January – 31 December 2026.
The Lecturer will be required to undertake 48 ‘contact’ hours of tutorial or class teaching of undergraduates of the College (or, by exchange, undergraduates of other Colleges).
In addition, they will be required to: set and mark College examinations; submit termly reports; participate fully in the undergraduate Admissions process and Access/ Outreach activities; act as an Advisor (mentor) for postgraduate students; and participate fully in the running of Management and its related subjects within the College.
The postholder will give tutorials and revision classes on the following topics:
- General Management (Year 1)
The ability to teach additional papers will be an advantage, but is not essential.
The salary for this appointment will be within a range £8,284 – £9,154 per annum. In addition, a range of other generous benefits are available, as set out in the Further Particulars.
