Are you passionate about supporting people to build brighter futures?

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, helping those experiencing homelessness to regain independence and stability.

As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health struggles, or a history of offending. Your role will be to provide tailored, person-centred support to help them develop the skills they need to maintain a tenancy and move forward positively.

Our approach focuses on empowerment - supporting people with accessing benefits, budgeting, connecting with services, and integrating into the community. We work closely with partner agencies to ensure individuals receive the best possible support.

We’re seeking someone who is empathetic, patient, and committed to making a real difference. You should be adaptable, resilient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.

If you’re passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you.
