We’re looking for Sessional Youth Workers – Boxing & Martial Arts to deliver fun, safe, and challenging sessions in our brand-new boxing suite and martial arts space. From teaching boxing basics to leading structured training, you’ll help young people aged 8–19 (or up to 25 with SEND) build fitness, confidence, and resilience. You’ll run an inclusive programme that develops skills, encourage participation from beginners through to advanced, and carry out daily safety checks to keep equipment in top condition.

You’ll need a Level 2 Coaching qualification in Boxing or Martial Arts, with experience delivering sessions and conducting safety checks. Just as important, you’ll bring the energy and ability to motivate young people from all backgrounds, including SEND. Knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusion is also essential, with training provided.
