This role is crucial to the work we do in at YMCA Cheshire, working with young people and giving them opportunities that they may not otherwise have had.

The post holder will report directly to the Youth Programmes Development Manager.
This is a permanent term time role working 2.5 hours a week on Tuesdays between 5pm and 7:30pm

The successful candidate will
• facilitate and contribute to the delivery of positive activities for children and young people, building their confidence and self esteem

• undertake specific tasks that contribute to a safe controlled environment that engages children and young people and promotes their well-being. 

• encourage the development of life skills in specific key areas.
