We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our small, supportive leadership team as Head of Finance. This is a key role in a small, dynamic charity, requiring someone who is not only financially capable but also understands the unique challenges and opportunities of working in the nonprofit sector.

This role is suitable for someone who is part-qualified (working towards a recognised accountancy qualification) or qualified by experience. Either way, you will have a solid grounding in financial principles and practice, be self-motivated to take full ownership of the role and responsibilities. You will also be able to move seamlessly between multiple tasks, responding flexibly to unexpected challenges.

This individual will be able to communicate financial information to a wide range of non-financial stakeholders - understanding the importance of making finance accessible and meaningful. You will be collaborative and supportive, able to work well with colleagues across the different functions within the Snowdrop Project.
