We may be looking for you, bab! Selina Thompson Limited is seeking an Operations Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of our company.

Selina Thompson Limited is seeking a new Operations Manager.

Start Date: ASAP Contract: Permanent, following a 6-month probation period Salary: £36,000 per annum for 32 hours per week Location: Based at our studio in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter

As a core member of our team, you'll ensure the operational side of the business aligns with our values and supports the delivery of exciting, ambitious projects across a variety of art forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day company management
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures
  • Ensure systems and processes are efficient and aligned with our values


This is an exciting time for us, with lots of new projects in the pipeline, and we’re looking for someone who can help lay a solid foundation to support our future growth as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.Interested?

  • Birmingham City Council: Suicide Prevention Grant Funding

    The Mental Health and Wellbeing team of Birmingham City Council are looking to commission projects in 3 Birmingham wards which the highest rates of suicide to help prevent suicide. We are offering grants up to £15,000 grants to a maximum of 3 community organisations, totalling £45,000. We will be planning some drop-in sessions for the new year in case any interested organisations have any questions they’d like to ask us about the grant funding so please watch this space.
