Experience in delivering various activities and workshops to support healthylifestyles/personal development Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead sessions. Strong organisational, planning and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage own workload, meet deadlines and deliver against set targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident under pressure and adaptable to changing demands. Ability to accurately record attendance, participation, and outcome data, andcontribute to monitoring and evaluation reports for funders and partners. Experience or confidence in capturing participant stories and case studies toevidence impact and good practice.
