Mark is passionate about helping people and organisations reach their potential. With nearly two decades of experience leading fundraising and engagement teams, he brings a strong track record in strategic growth, innovation, and collaboration across the charity and education sectors.

Before joining CAT, Mark worked at Swansea University, where he developed alumni engagement initiatives, building on his extensive fundraising experience at Wales Air Ambulance. A self-confessed data enthusiast, Mark has advised charities on CRM implementation and using insight to maximise supporter and donor engagement. He is also a regular speaker at sector and public events, sharing his expertise in leadership, digital transformation, and supporter experience.

Mark serves as a trustee of the Beicio Cymru Foundation and is an active executive coach and mentor to leaders across sectors. Outside work, he enjoys running, cycling, and rugby (touch rugby these days), and is inspired by the power of community to create lasting positive change.
