Bacon's is a thriving community that is welcoming of students and staff of all faiths, and those of none. The College has a strong ethos that is shared by all, and we deliberately and explicitly link the gospel of Christ with the daily life of the school through daily collective worship led by our college Chaplain. Bacons College is part of United Learning, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life-changing education to children and young people across England. United Learning is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
