We have a unique opportunity for an Administrator (Reception and Facilities) to join our Central Team at Northpoint. This role combines reception duties with overseeing the physical workspace, ensuring that our office environment is welcoming, efficient, and safe. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and play a key part in maintaining a well-managed, professional environment.
You will join us on a permanent part time basis, 16 hours per week on a pro rata salary , £23,130 – £26,600 pro rata .

What you will be doing as our Administrator (Reception and Facilities)
- Join us on a permanent part-time basis, 16 hours per week:
- Monday 14:00–21:00
- Tuesday 14:00–21:00
- Wednesday 15:00–18:00
- Be at the heart of our office, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
- Manage the reception and be the first point of contact for calls and enquiries
- Provide administrative support across the organisation, helping the team stay organised and efficient
- Support the smooth running of our facilities, ensuring Small Mill is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming
- Coordinate essential maintenance and oversee the organisation of communal areas
- Play a key role in creating an environment where staff and visitors feel valued, supported, and at ease

What are we looking for in our ideal Administrator (Reception and Facilities)
- Organised, approachable, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
- Able to balance administrative responsibilities with reception and facilities duties
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Able to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Experience in administration or facilities management is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
- Able to convey complex technical detail to non-technical colleagues
