    The demand is already there, we now need someone with exceptional ability to drive, shape and scale up our IT platforms to build our capacity to meet the demand.

    Scrum Master (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)Location:Hybrid working - Leicester. Potentially 1-2 days a week in the office depending on requirements.Salary:circa £45,000-£48,000 (Dependent on demonstrated skills, knowledge, and industry experience)What is the role?

    As a Scrum Master you'll play a pivotal role in our mission-driven journey.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
    • Facilitating all scrum events such as stand-ups, planning sessions and retrospectives
    • Drive the projects forward
    • Coaching and training teams how to use Scrum and Kanban
    • Using data points (velocity, cycle time, burndowns) to improve teams’ performance
    • Ensuring that transparency is being used to show where we are with delivery
    • Supporting Product Owners and Business Analyst’s to deliver and roll out multiple projects.
    • Delivery and release management
    • Inspect and adapt to improve ways of working over time
    • Help facilitate Big Room Planning sessions
    Where will you likely be at the moment?

    We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in technology and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. If you have a proven track record of guiding teams through complex projects and fostering a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply. As a Scrum Master, you excel in coaching teams, facilitating Scrum events, and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products. You demonstrate effective leadership, strong communication with stakeholders, and a passion for empowering teams to continuously improve. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fostering high-performing, self-organising teams and is eager to drive meaningful change within our organisation.
