Office bases available in Stafford, Lichfield or Newcastle, with travel and partial home working.

Could you… share your knowledge and skills, to integrate Staffordshire’s Connect to Work programme into the Voluntary & Community Sector, Primary Care and other healthcare settings, to enhance referrals and support those with long term health conditions to access work.

However, we are more interested in your passion and energy to make a difference, as full training will be provided.
