This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 4 people. This service will be supporting them with learning disabilities, physical and visual disabilities and also with mobility, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. 

The people supported here enjoy a variety of different activities, such as, going out on day trips, accessing the local community, shopping, planning holidays and going for lunches. 

The staff team here need to be engaging in conversations, have a great sense of humour and also have a resilient mindset.
