About the Job
The Opportunity
We are looking for a salesperson who genuinely loves people and thrives on direct engagement to join our team as an Enrollment Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting students from East Asia specifically in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea for Hult's Bachelor's BBA Degree Programs.
 

This position requires 60% travel to build relationships with students, schools, and partners across the region.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the market strategy for East Asia in collaboration with the Enrollment Director.
• Represent Hult at fairs, conferences, and school visits, delivering clear and impactful presentations.
• Counsel prospective students and their families through the entire application to enrollment.
• Manage your pipeline of prospective students, tracking their progress from initial interest to enrollment.
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets through a hands-on, results-driven approach.

• Loves people and public speaking. You’re at your best at fairs, conferences, and meetings—anywhere you can engage a crowd.
  
• You are passionate about international education. You have either lived or studied abroad yourself.

• Is a natural salesperson. Connecting with people, understanding their goals, and guiding them comes naturally to you.
  
• Is service-oriented. You get satisfaction from guiding students through the application and enrollment process, from start to finish.
  
• Highly organized and results-driven. You know how to manage a pipeline, meet targets, and get things done with a "nothing is impossible" attitude.
  
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to travel frequently to visit students, schools, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, business development, or recruitment.
• Good telephone manner and confidence speaking on the phone
• Personal or professional international experience.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to meet targets.
