UWC Robert Bosch College is an international boarding high school for young people aged 16-19 from all over the world and with diverse backgrounds. Our students, from around 90 different countries, live and learn on campus for two years and acquire the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. Position Summary:

All applicants should have a passion for education and for working with highly motivated 16-19-year-old students. All staff members are expected to lead by example and partner with students in their engagement with the community, locally, nationally and internationally.

There may be a possibility of working as a House Tutor with residential responsibilities, which involves living on campus and supervising one of the student houses. This would add an additional 20% to the overall position. Please indicate in your application if you would be interested in this.

Skills and Preferred Experience

  • An internationally recognised qualification (at least a university degree) in pedagogy, social pedagogy, psychology, teaching or similar
  • Relevant professional experience supporting students aged 16-19 from a wide range of backgrounds and in a variety of academic subjects and/or contexts
  • Ability to contribute to the professional development of the staff in areas such as inclusive pedagogy, neurodiversity, and more
  • Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural context
  • Commitment to the UWC mission and values
  • Willingness to engage students beyond the classroom
  • Adventurous, challenge-seeking spirit
  • International mindedness – international experience is considered an asset
  • Experience in a UWC or IB school is considered an asset, but is not a prerequisite
