Our 24-hour service supports 16–17 year olds in developing independent living skills to successfully transition into their own tenancies. As a Support Worker, you'll take a person-centred approach, empowering young people to shape their own support.
You’ll collaborate with external agencies to deliver tailored care, maintain up-to-date support and safety plans, manage rent accounts, and lead weekly key work sessions. You'll also oversee health and safety checks across the building.
We’re looking for someone people-focused, with strong communication and listening skills. A friendly, proactive, and trauma-informed approach is essential, along with a commitment to P3’s values.
