Purpose of post
. To ensure survivors who wish to stay in their own homes can do so.
· To hear the survivor’s voice and advocate to ensure it is heard by partner agencies.
· To discuss risk and look at mitigating safety planning.
· To manage expectations of the survivor of what the Enhanced Sanctuary Scheme can offer.
· Raise awareness of domestic abuse and its impact on the lives of women and children
· Working with domestic abuse survivors deemed to have complex needs
· Ensure that NWAL Equality and Diversity Policy is implemented at all times and across all areas of work
· Ensure that NWAL confidentiality policy is adhered to at all times
