Are you an experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking to work within a compassionate and expert multi-disciplinary team?

At Cornwall Hospice Care, we provide specialist care for people living with life-limiting conditions, and we’re looking for someone just like you to join our growing clinical team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in specialist palliative care.

• Passionate about specialist palliative care?
• Experienced in caring for patients with life-limiting illnesses?
• An Independent Prescriber, confident in autonomous clinical decision-making?
• Committed to delivering expert, high-quality assessment and care in our hospice settings complementing our team of medics, Nurses and AHP’s?
