As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in inspiring and leading your team to make this happen every day.How will I make a difference?

With the leadership and support of our Divisional Director, you will bring your people-first, collaborative and adaptable leadership to our Oxfordshire support locations, ensuring support managers and their teams have the tools, understanding and motivation to do what we do best at Affinity Trust: Supporting people to live their lives, their way. What skills do I need to have?

  • Your ability to make sound decisions and solve problems by understanding trends and route causes, weighing potential risks and benefits, and working in partnership with key stakeholders will make lasting impact and sustainable change.

What experience do I need?

  • You will need proven experience leading management teams within supported living, ideally supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.

  • You must have a clear understanding of the expectations set by our regulators, the CQC.

  • You should have a proven track record in driving improvement and maintaining KPIs, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Flexibility in your working hours and a willingness to travel regularly are required.
  • You will be confident using Word, Excel, and other everyday IT systems.
  • You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent accepted qualification
