Ripon College Cuddesdon, working with the Diocese of Chelmsford, seeks a Director for the new Cuddesdon Chelmsford Centre delivering non-residential formation for ordinands and lay ministers.

The Director will lead the Centre’s teaching, formation, and community life; support and supervise local tutors; oversee student progress; and contribute to the wider leadership of Cuddesdon. We are seeking an ordained priest with significant experience in ministerial formation or theological education, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to community life.

Salary: Lichfield Scale (approx. £50,755 incl. allowances)
