We are looking for a passionate and skilled peer lead who has excellent communication and organisational skills. Creativity and innovation welcome! Higher education/NVQ3 and ability to travel essential.
You will provide one to one support to a bank of peers delivering key hepatitis C messages within substance misuse and hostel services across the West London area. Your work will involve maintaining and monitoring the West London hepatitis C peer project, sourcing venues for peer education sessions, providing support to peers and ensuring that the peers link patients directly into treatment clinics.
