Marketing Officer Teach First is a charity that believes education is the most powerful tool to help a child fulfil their poten- tial. We find and train teachers to work in the schools that need them most, we equip school leaders with evidence-led training, we support local teacher training providers, and we plug education leaders into supportive professional networks. The role The rundown: Responsible for delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns. Your will be multi-programme and you will support campaign performances across training and leadership programmes and fundraising, brand and income targets. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of delivery specialists in design and digital to implement integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2C). Your role will involve delivery, reviewing and optimising campaigns. The detail: day-to-day work • Working closely with Campaign Managers and cross- functional delivery specialists in e.g., design and digital, you will implement campaign plans to grow support for the charity. • Deliver and optimise the acquisition and retargeting plans across above-the-line and below-the-line media across B2B and B2C channels. • Use audience-insight and channel performance data to monitor, iterate and make recommendations to optimise across channels. • Work with the Campaign Managers and Marketing Performance Manager to monitor and evaluate campaign plans, making recommendations for improvements. • Work closely with designers and creatives to commis- sion creatively compelling brand-aligned designs and content that compels people to participate in the charity. • Work closely with paid, owned and earned channels owned to deliver and optimise campaign channel performance. • As part of day-to-day campaign delivery, manage and protect the brand's reputation. • Ensure marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws, professional bodies, regulations and industry standards as well as follow internal govern- ance and approval processes.
