Trojan Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced Development Coach to support our growing success in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Session Delivery and Coaching :
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging, and progressive training sessions in line with Trojan Sports’ programme and industry standards.
- Develop swimmers technically, physically, and mentally, across a variety of age groups and abilities.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and squad performance, providing regular feedback to athletes and parents.
- Set clear pathways for progression from Learn to Swim through to competitive squads.
- Inspire and motivate swimmers to achieve their full potential while promoting enjoyment and lifelong participation in the sport.
Programme Support :
- Collaborate with the wider Trojan Sports coaching team to ensure consistency and progression across all squads.
- Represent Trojan Sports at galas, competitions, and events as required by senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievements, and training progress through the club’s booking and monitoring systems.
- Support the Learn to Swim Manager and Senior Coaching staff with administrative tasks where necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
Essential Qualifications :
- Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/ASA Level 2 Coaching Swimming Award (or equivalent).
- RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) (or equivalent).
- Valid First Aid at Work qualification.
- Valid Child Protection/Safeguarding certificate.
- Full UK Driving Licence (or international equivalent).
Desirable Qualifications :
- Level 3 Education and Training Qualification.
- Swim England Level 1 or 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification (for flexibility across programmes).
Personal Attributes and Skills :
- A passion for inspiring and nurturing swimmers at all levels.
- Responsible, dependable, and committed to excellence.
- Approachable, positive, and resilient with a sense of humour.
- Excellent communicator, with strong experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Innovative and creative in coaching methods and swimmer engagement.
