We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Service Manager for our team in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting people with a learning disability to live fulfilling, independent lives. You will play a key role in helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred services and creating an environment where both the people we support and our staff can thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, maintain high standards of care, and ensure that our values are at the heart of everything we do. You will be working across seven days a week on a rota basis, so flexibility is essential. A full driving licence is required, as the role involves travel.

We are looking for someone who brings compassion, confidence and strong organisational skills, along with the ability to lead by example and build positive relationships. Experience in social care is desirable, but above all we welcome someone who shares our commitment to empowering people and promoting their independence, choice and dignity.
