Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Unterstützung aktueller Forschungsprojekte in den Bereichen International Finance, Sustainable

Finance und Empirical Asset Pricing. Aktuelle Forschungsprojekte am Lehrstuhl befassen sich mit
Themen an der Schnittstelle von Innovation und Finanzmärkten.

• Datenbeschaffung und -aufbereitung für empirische Analyses
• Recherche in Online-Datenbanken und Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse

Dein Profil:

Interesse an finanzmarktbezogenen Themen

• Studierend in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium für die komplette Dauer der Beschäftigung
•
• Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Sorgfalt
• Erste Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit großen Datenmengen und Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse sind erwünscht.

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 6 Monate befristet, wobei eine längerfristige Beschäftigung angestrebt wird.
Wir bieten dir eine eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgabengebieten, in denen du dich kreativ
einbringen kannst. Die Arbeitszeiten können flexibel gestaltet werden mit Rücksicht auf Vorlesungen
und Klausuren.

The Chair of International Financial Markets at ESCP Business School (Prof. Dr. Houdou Basse
Mama) on the Berlin campus has an immediate vacancy for a:

Student Assistant (m/f/d)
10 hours per week | Campus Berlin

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting current research projects in the areas of international finance, sustainable finance, and
empirical asset pricing. Current research projects at the chair deal with topics at the interface of
innovation and financial markets.

• Data collection and preparation for empirical analyses
• Research in online databases and summarizing the results

Your profile:

Interest in financial market-related topics

• Student in a bachelor's or master's program for the entire duration of the employment
•
• Reliability, initiative, sense of responsibility, commitment, and diligence
•
• Good written and spoken English skills; German skills are desirable.

Initial experience in working with large amounts of data and programming skills are an advantage

The position is initially limited to 6 months, with the aim of longer-term employment. We offer you
independent work in areas where you can contribute creatively. Working hours can be arranged flexibly
to accommodate lectures and exams.
