Overview
Role – Associate Director / Landscape Director – New London Studio
Location – London (New Studio)
Salary – £DOE
Leadcareers are working with a well-established and highly respected landscape architecture, ecology and urban design practice that’s about to open a brand-new London studio.
If you’re currently a Landscape Lead, Associate Director, or Director looking to take your career to the next level, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This is the perfect time to join, you’ll be at the forefront of this exciting new venture, working closely with the company Directors as we recruit some of the best landscape architects in London to build and shape the new team around you.
Unlike some new studios who are just starting out, or opening a Landscape leg to the business with no guarantee of success, they are already one of the largest independently owned consultancies in the Midlands, with a team of over 30 Landscape Architects working on a wide mix of meaty, design-led projects across the UK, from uber-strategic land and residential schemes to complex infrastructure and mixed-use regeneration.
Already involved in three of the twelve New Towns highlighted in the New Towns Task Force report, the practice is experiencing significant growth across the South East and beyond. As part of a strategic expansion plan, a new London studio is now being established, with premises due to be finalised by the end of the month.
The first step is bringing in the right senior person, ideally at Associate Director or Landscape Director level to lead the new studio. Working alongside the company Directors and Lead Careers, you’ll help to attract and shape a talented team of landscape architects in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step away from the ordinary, using their leadership, design vision, and initiative to shape and grow a new office, all while enjoying the full backing of a long-standing, collaborative, design-focused team.
