Do you believe that PE should be about more than just who wins the race? Can you turn a game of dodgeball into a lesson in teamwork, and make a rainy-day indoor circuit feel like the Olympics?
We’re looking for a Sports/PE Teacher with enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine love of helping every child find their sporting spark — whether they’re a future football captain or still figuring out which way to hold the tennis racket.
Our children are energetic, curious, and full of character — and we take great pride in helping each one of them thrive. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that promote teamwork, confidence and enjoyment for all.
You will bring creativity, flexibility and a genuine passion for encouraging every child to achieve their personal best — whether on the playing field, in the gym, or cheering from the sidelines.
You’ll need:
- Energy, humour, and a good whistle (metaphorical or otherwise).
- Experience teaching sport or PE to children of various ages
- A knowledge of GCSE PE curriculum would be an advantage but not
essential - Sensitivity and understanding of SEND.
- A team spirit — we’re a small, friendly staff who cheer each other on as much
as the pupils.
