Digital Product Officer

Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting digital projects, and making online experiences better for users?

As our Product Officer, you’ll help drive the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Dogs Trust’s digital products and services. You’ll provide essential operational, analytical and user focused support throughout the product lifecycle, working flexibly and collaboratively to ensure our digital experiences continue to evolve and meet organisational needs.

About the role:

As a Digital Product Officer you will:

  • Assist in managing, maintaining and updating digital products and CMS, supporting new releases, enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Collect and analyse product data and user feedback, producing reports to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support user testing and research, ensuring changes are user-centred, accessible and compliant.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams, maintain product documentation, and support workshops and process development.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with experience in digital product support or CMS, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of user experience, project management and accessibility. You’ll be organised, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, work well in a team, and be eager to learn and develop new skills.

About the Team:

The Marketing & Communications team plays a vital role in strengthening the Dogs Trust brand and inspiring public engagement with its mission to support dogs in need. Within this function, the Digital Team manages and enhances Dogs Trust’s online presence, including the organisation’s website. The Digital Marketing Team focuses on planning, developing, and delivering digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, paid social, and display advertising.

About Dogs Trust

We love dogs. That’s why we do whatever we can to make sure every four-legged friend gets the love they deserve. We’ll never put a healthy dog down, so our work is focused on helping dogs in need, supporting owners every step of the walk, and creating a better world for dogs in the future. It’s what we’ve been doing since 1891 and how we’ve grown to become the UK’s leading dog charity, helping 12,000 loyal friends find their forever homes every year.
