TouchRight is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping property professionals streamline inspections, stay compliant, and deliver smarter service. With over 500 customers and exciting new features on the horizon – including AI-powered photo descriptions and compliance-ready templates – we’re expanding our team to support our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Support Associate to join our passionate team. If you love helping users succeed, solving problems, and making tech feel human, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Support new customer onboarding and setup

• Help users get the most out of TouchRight’s features

• Monitor customer health and usage trends

• Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base and help content

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and ticketing system

• Troubleshoot common issues (login, navigation, report formatting)

• Understand client needs and ensure our software meets their requirements

• Conduct software demonstrations

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–2 years in customer support, SaaS onboarding, or helpdesk roles

• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills

• Empathy, patience, and a user-first mindset

• Comfortable using CRM, ticketing, and knowledge base tools

• Experience in property management industry and tech platforms is a bonus
