Senior Talent Pathways Manager
Somerset House seeks a seasoned
Senior Talent Pathways Managerto lead and shape the delivery, and continuous improvement of its Entry Route programmes for young people ages 16 -30. The post holder will collaborate with the team to ensure progression pathways between programmes are accessible and visible while maintaining best practice in departmental delivery.

Skills, knowledge & expertise required for the role:
Expereince
· Has substantial experience in managing and delivering high-quality creative, learning and participation programmes for young people in an arts and culture context.
Skills & Knowledge
· Highly organised, with demonstrable administration, analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office and other planning, budgeting and booking systems)
