We are looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly and enthusiastic team in the Warrington. This is a part-time role (17 hours per week) with the salary of £24,672.38 per annum (pro rata). Working days are Tuesday and Friday.

Your role:
You’ll be supporting people to be more independent, to build local connections and friendships and improve their wellbeing. Every individual is unique, you’ll help them imagine what a good life looks like then you’ll work with them to make it happen.
Basically, you’ll be giving people the confidence, skills and support they need to live the life they want to lead.
You’ll be out and about meeting people in the community or their home.
Your experience:
- You don’t need a background in social care to join our team. Some of the best people who work for us include a decorator and a personal trainer.
- You’re interested in people’s lives and ambitious for them. Sometimes you’ll need to push people out of their comfort zone.
- You’re happy to work independently.
- You’ll learn everything else from colleagues and the training that we provide

Community Support Worker in Bristol

We are excited to be expanding our team in Bristol with our new service, Help When You Need It! We have a range of full time and part time opportunities available with the salary of £24,672.38 per annum (pro rata for part time team members).
Help When You Need It is a short-term service supporting people who are neurodiverse, including those with ASD, ADHD, and/or have a Learning Disability. Most people’s support will last around 12 weeks, with a maximum of 6 months.
About the role:
- You’ll provide support that sees people’s potential.
- You’ll find creative approaches to support, for example through phone or assistive technology.
- You’ll connect with people quickly and feel confident signposting to other groups and services.
- You may also be involved in drop ins and some social hubs.
- You should know Bristol well, be happy to travel, and enjoy working closely with people in their communities.
