What You’ll Do

As our Education Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our learning and development outreach. You’ll:

  • Act as liaison for the Trust and EWLF Trustees
  • Build strong partnerships with colleges, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Lead engagement with STEM First, Inspire, and the CTB ambassador programme
  • Understand education programmes for learners aged 14+
  • Design and deliver an annual Social Value plan for school events
  • Identify and secure grants to enhance our Social Value programme
  • Collaborate with Group's supply chain to boost engagement
  • Track and report KPIs, dashboards, and outcomes
  • Network with framework partners to unlock new opportunities
  • Develop and train internal career ambassadors
  • Manage external requests and report progress
  • Oversee event budgets and resource allocation
  • Work across all our business as part of a team to advocate for and inspire the next generation

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally you will have a Level 3 in Learning and Development (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in Education, Social Value or Learning & Development—ideally in construction or engineering environments
  • Strong grasp of the learning cycle and broader L&D strategies
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful training packages
  • Project management skills and budget oversight experience
  • Confident with data analysis and reporting using IT tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to build relationships and networks
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to travel across the North when required
  • Flexibility
