Whilst previous experience is desirable it is not essential as you will be trained and supported to work with our young people. You do however, need to be passionate about working in this type of environment, to encourage our young people's participation in education, provide social and independence learning opportunities and emotional support.

A typical working week would be 39 hours plus one sleeping in duty.  The 39 hours are usually worked over three days (2 15 hour days and a 9 hour day) throughout the week. Staff benefit from having one in three weekends off.

Successful applicants will have a full driving license for a manual car and be happy to complete an enhanced DBS check.
