Role Responsibility
Rough Sleepers Recovery Workers act as ‘key workers’ to a caseload of homeless individuals, offering a flexible and outreach response to highly vulnerable individuals sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation, supporting them to decide their goals around treatment and develop plans to achieve these. The rough sleepers recovery worker role is both office, satellite and outreach based and relies on strong time management skills. The role includes maintaining regular contact with your clients, offering advice, information and psycho-social interventions as well as providing assessments, risk management planning and working closely with our clinical staff around prescribing needs and partner agencies.
