We are looking to appoint a permanent Front of House Supervisor to join our catering and conference team, supporting the Head of Dining and Beverage Services, in the efficient and smooth running of the Front of House, and delivering a high quality catering service to our college community.
The post holder will be required to run events/dinners and the cafeteria service, as well as manage a team of staff so some team leadership or supervisory experience is essential.

Knowledge and experience of working in a catering/conference environment is essential, as well as knowledge or the ability to learn and apply Food Hygiene guidelines. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others. An ability to cope with a varied workload is essential. Some flexibility around working hours will be required to meet the needs of the department. Some weekend work will be required but this will be confirmed when shift rotas are prepared.
Working arrangements and salary
• Full time hours are 40 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends).
• Competitive annual salary of £28,337.11 (£13.57 per hour)FTE.
