You’ll recruit, train, and support a team of senior and junior recreation staff,ensuring high-quality, engaging experiences across all sessions. You’llcoordinate youth-led social action projects and manage the YoungLeadership Academy helping young people build confidence, developleadership skills, and shape their future pathways. Lead the planning and delivery ofhigh-quality, engaging junior andsenior recreation sessions that are fun,inclusive, and responsive to the needsand interests of young people. Deliver two high-energy sessionseach week for senior members andone weekly session for juniormembers.Manage Recreation Staff Team Recruit, train, line manage, andsupport a team of sessional, junior,and senior recreation staff—providingclear leadership, regular supervision,and opportunities for professionaldevelopment.
