We are seeking a compassionate and technically skilled IT Technician to support the digital infrastructure of the organisation. This role is essential in ensuring our staff and volunteers have secure, reliable access to systems that enable the delivery of high-quality community-based palliative care and support services.
This position is ideal for a proactive IT Technician who has had experience in a similar role or environment. The successful candidate should have proven experience in an IT support or technician role as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS and networking. In addition, the ability to communicate with a patient, supportive manner and the ability to work independently and on multiple projects are vital. Familiarity with TPP SystmOne would be desirable, along with experience in a charity, healthcare or social care environment.
