You will work as part of the wider team at St Mary’s to ensure we remain a warm and welcoming place for our local community to access support. Key role responsibilities • To recruit, manage and support our volunteer team • Develop our offer of meaningful volunteering opportunities and ensure our volunteers feel well supported • To have lead responsibility for ensuring our services and activities are well run and adequately supported • Manage volunteer expenses • Deliver/Co Ordinate Volunteer Training • Collect data from activities for reporting • To assist our fundraiser as necessary • To be an invested Team Player contributing to the wider vision and development of St Mary’s as a whole
