Job Purpose & Summary
To manage all staff, volunteers and students in the locality, to ensure that the AARCS and PAIRS services (and other services where applicable) are delivered in line with contractual requirements and service specifications. The Service Manager is responsible for promoting and leading an inspirational recovery-orientated workforce who can deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based practice. Providing day-to-day operational management using initiative to make decisions and requires an ability to develop and nurture an effective team within a culture that promotes learning and continued professional development.

What you need
– Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team
– Ability to liaise and work in partnership with a wide range of professionals and agencies to support client’s engagement
– Proven experience in the substance misuse field, preferably in a line management role
– Accomplished written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of personal IT competency.
