The role

Aspire in Southbourne offers young adults a vital transition from living at home to achieving independence. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide day-to-day support tailored to the needs of each resident. The people you’ll be working with may have Autism, ADHD, or other associated learning needs and your support will play a key role in helping them build confidence and essential life skills.

As a valued member of our team, your role will involve a mix of meaningful support - from helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, personal care and administering medication, to accompanying residents as they access the community and pursue their interests, such as day trips into the forest, attending workshops and clubs, cake tasting in local cafes or going to watch the football in the Brewhouse. The options are endless!

If you're compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others, we’d love to hear from you!
