Futureproof Cumbria are looking for an inspiring individual to lead the further development and management of the Zero Carbon Cumbria Partnership, extending its reach and influence both locally and nationally. The postholder will maintain a strong, effective relationship with funders, keeping budgets and deliverables on track and securing additional resources. They will also have strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively lead and performance manage the Zero Carbon Cumbria team.

• Part time (26.25 hours per week minimum), flexible working available
• Fixed term to end of March 2027
